These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the App in a lawful and responsible manner and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

The App and its Content are provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adhirath Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Adhirath Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Adhirath Labs does not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

To the extent permitted by law, Adhirath Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or the Content, even if Adhirath Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also block your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
