All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, data, and software (the "Content"), are the property of Adhirath Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The App and its Content are provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adhirath Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Adhirath Labs does not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

To the extent permitted by law, Adhirath Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or the Content, even if Adhirath Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also block your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of India.
